SHIPPING

We work hard to get orders out and into your hands as soon as possible. If you haven't received your order in five business days, please email us at info@cobefit.com with your order number and full name.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you wish to exchange your unit for a different size, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving the unit. Our team will inspect the item for wear and tear and at which point a new unit will be dispatched to you at buyers cost.  If a unit is damaged upon arrival to you, a new unit will be sent to you. If your unit is torn within what we consider an unreasonable time of one month (and we establish that this is a manufacturing fault) a new unit will be available for you to pick up or to be couriered to you at customers cost. Our goal is for you to achieve results from your purchase therefore we may extend up to 50% discount to you for a new unit in the case that your time frame exceeds our 90 day policy. INFLUENCER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Paid advertising material from influencers, not limited to photo and video, is for use by Cobe Fit for the duration of the contract via all social media accounts and website of the brand. If no contract is signed up front, Cobe Fit reserves the right to use of advertising material for the lifespan of the brand. 

REVIEWS

Customer reviews, before and after images and written reviews may be occasionally showcased on social media and marketing material in the authentic form they were posted or submitted by the user. We love to share our customers positive stories to encourage each other to stay consistent.
