THE 8BY8 PROGRAM

The 8by8 program is designed based on the sport science findings of Japanese Dr Tabata who’s research found that as little as eight 20sec bursts of intense movement is more effective than 1 hour of cycling.

To really catapult the results, we do the program before eating anything with a caloric value. This means you can have water, plain tea or coffee but nothing more. You are however encouraged to eat breakfast within 30 minutes of completing your 8 minute workout. This can be classified as fasted cardio which is the best form of cardio commonly used by bodybuilders and fitness competitors.
